first, you want to create Google account if you have already Google account that is not need. you can use the same account, under you showing picture. you click marked place.
you click create account go to the registration form and fill the form with the information required.
In the Confirm your profile Page you go blogger.com. You are now registered to blogger.com and can now create a blog for free. Click the button “New blog” to start the procedure to create a new blog.
Fill the Title, Address and choose template. then you click create blog. finally start posting your blog.
